P & O Cruises Australia will host the largest comedy festival of the sea, “The Big Laugh” – a four-night cruise that will leave Sydney on June 20, 2018. Jimeoin, Matt Okine, Scared Weird Little Guys, Dave Calan will be among 14 comics that offer 36 shows on the Pacific Explorer. The announcement comes after P & O launches its biggest ever season of comedy comprising 72 dedicated comedy cruises in 2018 and 2019.
As a program taster, Dave Hughes, Harley Brin and Claire Hopper performed today in Blue Room on a small group of travel agents and media. The three comedians will again perform on a three-day night comedy departing from Sydney on December 14, 2017.
Other famous comics will feature 34 comedies of Travels in 2018 – a blend of two, three and four nights SeaBreaks from Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Cairns and Auckland. In 2019 there will be a record 38 comedy of cruises between January and October.
P & O Cruise President Sture Myrmell said the launch of the biggest comedy festival at sea aims to build an already exceptionally popular comedy of entertainment.
