News Carnival Cruise Lines performed a presentation of the new breakfast menu and their special restaurants. It will return the traditional, Baked Alaska, formerly serving in this fleet.
Daily your most important meal will now include-an avocado toast as well as a breakfast plates. In the main course, new things will be included as an egg sandwich, serving with scrambled eggs, cedar, bacon and salad.

In Carnival’s signature steakhouses, Changes in the tapas include smoked and frozen fresh oysters with apple mignonette, risotto with crab, tuna tartar with avocado and yuzu , Heritage Berkshire pork belly with apple walnut preserve also mushroom and brown butter, Steakhouse entrees being introduced to the fleet feature containing chicken with roasted honey vinegar, A-5 Wagyu steak, willot emulsion also dover sole pan-seared with lemon potato mousseline.

These plates include – stewed chickpeas, branzino al forno and crosta dorata with tomatoes, salmoriglio and mushroom bark, Grande Braciola Di Maiale – tomahawk pork chop with fennel pollen, risotto Milanese with saffron and Parmesan cheese, Costina Di Manzo Con Porcini – short fish with mushrooms and salsa verde and young tomato bruschetta, mustots and crispy sage. Also added to the menu is Housemade burrata – a cheese made with mozzarella and cream.
It’s good to know that due to the popularity of Seafood Shack on Carnival Vista, a well-known place where fried clams and lobster rolls are served, has been extended to nine other ships of this fleet.
