-1½ cups blanched almond flour (not almond meal)

-1 teaspoon baking soda

 cup golden flaxmeal

-1 tablespoon coconut flour

-2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

 teaspoon celtic sea salt

-5 large eggs

-1 tablespoon onion flakes

-1 tablespoon poppy seeds

-1 tablespoon raw sesame seeds

In a food processor, pulse almond flour, coconut flour, flax meal,  baking soda, and salt.

Add eggs and vinegar after that pulse until thoroughly combined.

Fit a pastry bag with a ⅜-inch round tip and fill bag with batter.

Pipe into a mini donut pan.

Sprinkle bagels with sesame seeds, poppy seeds and onion flakes.

Bake at 350°F for 14 to 17 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center of a bagel comes out clean.

At the end let bagels cool in the pan for 10 minutes.


Advice: To make this recipe you will either need 3 mini donut pans; the second solution is to bake the bagels in 3 separate batches.

This high protein Paleo Everything Mini Bagels recipe is made with coconut flour, almond flour and golden flax meal, also contains eggs as well. I haven’t tried testing it with other ingredients!!
